Our Cancellation Policy

Here is our Cancellation Policy. By making a reservation with Tom and Jerrys Guide Service you automatically acknowledge that you have read and understand our policy. You will also be told about our policy on the phone when making a reservation.

1. By Making a reservation with Tom and Jerrys Guide Services you acknowledge there is a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit required.
2. There is no refunds for cancellations made by the client for ANY reason. A rain check may be issued for later use by the guides discretion only.
3. There is no grace period, or cancellation period in which a refund will be issued.
4. Cancellations due to inclement of weather are solely at the discretion of the guide service alone.
5. All deposits made by credit card can not be disputed, as your making a reservation implies your acceptance, and knowledge of our cancellation policies.
6. You will be told about our cancellation policies when making a reservation verbally, and referred to this notice.
